– Seating for up to 125 guest
– Includes all Tier 1 essentials
– Choice of four-five hors d’Oeuvres
– Choice of three mini desserts
– Will include plasticware (plates and utensils) and paper napkins
– Additional charge for china plating
Tier 2
Hordoeurves
– Includes all Tier 1 essentials
– Choice of three hors d’Oeuvres
– Selection of two entrees
– Includes a starch, vegetable, bread, butter, non alcoholic beverages and a salad with choice of two dressings
– Choice of three mini desserts
– includes plasticware (plates and utensils) and paper napkins
– Additional charge for china plating
Tier 3
The Essentials plus Buffet Style Set Up
– Includes all Tier 1 and 2 essentials (except with the option of 2 full size desserts instead of 3 mini desserts)
– Service includes each course plated and served individually
– Includes roughly one server for every 15 guest
– Servers will refill drinks and buss tables throughout the event
